No, we recommend godaddy or namecheap. We use godaddy for all of our domains. You can use any registrar you want.

Yes, we take credit cards and paypal.

I have the ability to accept AlertPay as well; however, I haven't set it up on my site yet.

If you just want to sell blog packages--I suggest you just use your affiliate link to purchase products.

IF they are for a client--email me and let me know so I can adjust the commission option to pay out. As I don't pay out affiliate on self-purchases.
